Best Experience Ever!!

Our sales associate, Randy from Dallas was in town (Charleston SC) for a huge sales event. He was amazing!

In fact, Carol (store manager) and the Sales event Manager (not sure of his name, from NJ) were all so incredible and so very patient! Randy worked with us for well over two hours listening to my husband's exact needs for a sofa and loveseat. We had to be very particular because of his medical issues due to migraines. He walked and shared full details of dimensions, fabric resilience and everything else we needed to know in making the perfect decision.

They gave us space when my husband and I needed to walk and look and discuss our purchase on our own. It was after hours when we finally decided to make the purchase. Again, they were all so patient with us and showed outstanding customer service. When it came time to crunching the numbers, Randy and the event manager were again incredible.

What was originally going to be 2 items (power loveseat and sofa) for the amount of money I was planning to spend, ended up becoming 4 (including an adjustable bed and coffee table) for only an additional hundred dollars more. I can not say enough positive things about my entire experience.

I will look to them again in the future for further furniture needs!!!! Thank you all!!!

The product fails within 90 days. They were told by Ashley sales they would give a credit towards new furniture and the store manager denied the claim

My son and daughter in law purchased a floor model living room set for Ashley. They sold them a warranty knowing that the warranty company did not cover floor models. The fabric is not holding up and the frame has caved in. They are pretty well out of luck at this point. I, nor they will ever shop at Ashley again, nor purchase extended warranty.

Broken spring in foot rest handle

Spring broke as I lowered foot rest Contacted them but they needed a serial #. I didnt have that Went to Lowes and bought new spring. Works fine All is well

Overcharged and after months no refund

Finally talked to the manager today who agreed the refund should be difference of the original cost minus the three tables, plus tax. We will see when the check arrives. With this I updated my review to reflect the more positive response.

The sales person made a mistake when I bought a table and four chairs and marked 4 chairs and 4 tables. I realized the next day when filing the invoice receipt and called the store immediately.

Was told I would receive a refund in 21 days for the difference as it was clearly a mistake. It is now two months later and not only no refund but when I called the store I was told my refund was less than half the overcharge and the check was on the way. They will not send the check to your address, you have to go in and pick it up. I suppose they hope you buy something else.

Anyway after an hour on the phone they could not explain why there was a difference, why the amount submitted by the store was different than the actual amount or why the check was less than the incorrect amount they submitted by hundreds of dollars. So, now we will need to submit yet another request.

I think I am going to refuse the initial check, who knows what taking that would lead to, and insist on a new check with the correct amount and I want it quicker than three weeks. I will not go back, ever.

Zarrin kizillbash at the North Brunswick New Jersey location, gives you the highest level of customer service. If there is any questions she would even contact the manufacturer and resolve your problem as far as getting the right color on the furniture you bought. Great employee excellent work, totally understand what is your needs and concerns and would work directly with that problem. I cannot thank her enough. Because of the great customer service I will be adding some more furniture to my order Thanks again

Ashley lying to me about the chair fake leather DURABLEND ISNT REAL LEATHER

i bought my chair out of the greenville ashley furniture store, and they told me that that white sofa was a durablend pure leather chair, well it started peeling and then i contacted the store in greenville they gave me the corporate office and they said if i give you 200.00 for a 2500.00 chair you aint going to get nothing else im so embarrassed that the chair didnt stand up to lasting even 3 years now im stuck with this product in my den peeling everyday looking like it should be thrown out of my home they know they are wrong to sell something like this to me for over 2 thousand dollars pretending its leather and its not DURAblend is fake leather

Your sales person sounds like they didnt convey that correctly but honestly, how does something called durablend make you think its made 100% leather? Sounds like you liked the look but didnt want to pay for the other products Ashley carries that IS leather and hoped for the best.

The average person does not think anything with the word blend in it as being 100% pure of a single ingredient. Come on now.

We came in with no clue about what to get but ended up leaving with the PERFECT piece for our living room. Lou Anne from the Huntsville, AL store was super helpful. We ended up dragging her around the store but she was so upbeat. We will definitely be back!
