Best Experience Ever!!
Our sales associate, Randy from Dallas was in town (Charleston SC) for a huge sales event. He was amazing!
In fact, Carol (store manager) and the Sales event Manager (not sure of his name, from NJ) were all so incredible and so very patient! Randy worked with us for well over two hours listening to my husband's exact needs for a sofa and loveseat. We had to be very particular because of his medical issues due to migraines. He walked and shared full details of dimensions, fabric resilience and everything else we needed to know in making the perfect decision.
They gave us space when my husband and I needed to walk and look and discuss our purchase on our own. It was after hours when we finally decided to make the purchase. Again, they were all so patient with us and showed outstanding customer service. When it came time to crunching the numbers, Randy and the event manager were again incredible.
What was originally going to be 2 items (power loveseat and sofa) for the amount of money I was planning to spend, ended up becoming 4 (including an adjustable bed and coffee table) for only an additional hundred dollars more. I can not say enough positive things about my entire experience.
I will look to them again in the future for further furniture needs!!!! Thank you all!!!

Overcharged and after months no refund
Finally talked to the manager today who agreed the refund should be difference of the original cost minus the three tables, plus tax. We will see when the check arrives. With this I updated my review to reflect the more positive response.
Well, I called again and was told the manager would be in the next day. I went to talk to the manager was told he was not in that day. I attempted to talk to another person and they told me they cancelled my first order, reordered the table at the full price, not the...
Was told I would receive a refund in 21 days for the difference as it was clearly a mistake. It is now two months later and not only no refund but when I called the store I was told my refund was less than half the overcharge and the check was on the way. They will not send the check to your address, you have to go in and pick it up. I suppose they hope you buy something else.
Anyway after an hour on the phone they could not explain why there was a difference, why the amount submitted by the store was different than the actual amount or why the check was less than the incorrect amount they submitted by hundreds of dollars. So, now we will need to submit yet another request.
I think I am going to refuse the initial check, who knows what taking that would lead to, and insist on a new check with the correct amount and I want it quicker than three weeks. I will not go back, ever.

Ashley lying to me about the chair fake leather DURABLEND ISNT REAL LEATHER
i bought my chair out of the greenville ashley furniture store, and they told me that that white sofa was a durablend pure leather chair, well it started peeling and then i contacted the store in greenville they gave me the corporate office and they said if i give you 200.00 for a 2500.00 chair you aint going to get nothing else im so embarrassed that the chair didnt stand up to lasting even 3 years now im stuck with this product in my den peeling everyday looking like it should be thrown out of my home they know they are wrong to sell something like this to me for over 2 thousand dollars pretending its leather and its not DURAblend is fake leather
