November 2017-I had to replace a mattress that had extensive bulging-so I purchased a higher priced one that started bulging after 6 weeks plus I noticed a tag on the mattress that stated "this mattress is not intended for foundations" except for 3 of which the foundation they sold me was not one mentioned- The bulging was not enough yet 1.5 inches was needed and the tag was meaningless(quote)-this is a beautyrest $950 matress-they told me to come back when the bulge was 1.5 inches and disregard the foundation tag- LIVE AND LEARN- I have had only problems with Ashley since purchasing items there-they don't need aa customer service department because they have no idea what that means
