My husband and I bought a sectional from Ashley and within a month the seams were ripping and the back was warping. We consistently called About this issue and all Ashley would do is either send a technician or replace a cushion.
Same results from the “fixed” items. Tearing and warping. After constantly having to wait for a technician to come, we decided that since we have warrenty, why not ask for a replacement or refund. NOTHING.
Ashley furniture drag us around until our warrenty was over. Unanswered emails and calls for about 4 months until one day they decide to respond and tell us they can’t help us.
To add to this, everyone we talked to in this ordeal was rude. Terrible company.
