New Reviewer

I bought a dining room set and am not happy with the chairs..... I already had the seats redone and they are flat again....this has only been 5 months since they were replaced...

I can not do this every 5 months.....I have been working on this since January and my problem has not been resolved.

I was calling customer service and they are horrible they don't call you back... The one time I called they said I had to go to the store.... We went to the store and the girl Kelsey said you don't come here you have to call customer service..... so off we go again and started calling customer service...the latest call on 2/19 spoke with Michael and he said Ronald would be calling me back....

no call back.... Called again on 2/24 and the girl said we can't help have to call warranty services....

I also spoke to the Store Manager at the Fairfield store (Ed) an 2/9 he was going to get back to me....

never did.

This is soooo frustrating... Ashley is suppose to stand behind their furniture...I am getting no satisfaction....

I do not want any money all I want is to return the 4 chairs and get a store credit....I will purchase different chairs at the same store...

How hard is this

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
