I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK! I ordered a dining table and chairs, they have delivered 2 damaged tables (even the tech they send can't fix it) and 12 chair ( 3 separate delivery attempts of 4 chairs) that look like floor models.

2 were ripped, 2 were not assembled correctly and were crooked, the others looked like floor models. only 1 was acceptable, but I knew if I kept it, there was really no chance at getting my money back. Now they are saying that their "managers" have approved me to go in store and pick out new chairs. WHAT?

Ones that won't match the damaged table that sits at my house?? How does that even make sense??
