We purchased a bedroom set in June. It arrived in August with obvious manufacturer defects and damage.

We reported it within 24 hours of receipt (with photos) and requested you return the furniture and cancel our order. The "craftmanship" is horrible and we do not want such poor quality items in our home. Customer service was non-existent. Total silence.

Had to drive to the store (in another city) only to have the store manager tell us this was a "corporate issue". Finally, we heard from someone who was going to "take care of us" but had to send a repair tech out first. He came yesterday (Sept 21), agreed with us on how bad each piece was, then filed a report more in Ashley's favor than ours. This morning, Ashley emailed us that we rejected repair and the case was closed.

We do not want this *** furniture.

What more do we have to do to get this *** furniture returned and the purchase canceled? Can you please help us to get Ashley to do right thing by us, the customer?
