I too am pissed off.My son bought a bedroom set and TV console and the TV console was delivered damaged.
The delivery guys left before my son could inspect the furniture but immediately called customer service where he was told they would send out a replacement. They called to schedule but it was not for replacement it was for a "tech" to check out the damage. I called customer service back and was told that my son should have refused the order!
They could have offered some sort of credit for the inconvenience but I guess that is too much to ask.Will never buy furniture from there again and will make sure to warn my friends and family.
