Ashley Furniture sold me a sofa which is less than three years old and the "leather composite" fabric is flaking off.
I took out warranty at time of purchase but it does not cover this type of damage. I paid over $1000 and have received no kind of suitable acknowledgement.
Purchased in New Rochelle, NY. Contacted store directly and also company in charge of fabric and frame warranty.
Apparently there is no customer service and this is a frequent occurrence. I'd like a new sofa or a complete refund!
