Placed my order of over $4,000 of furniture with Ashley Furniture on January 29, 2008 here it is May 28, 2008 and STILL have not received that first piece of furniture. I keep getting extended delivery dates, with no results just excuses.
Cancelled the order, now let's see if they refund me the whole purchase price. Small claims court here I come. Why and how can a company stay in business with that kind of service, if that is what you want to call it.
No wonder they are closing stores everywhere.
Went to another furniture store bought the same type furniture, it all will be delivered this coming Saturday.
