Ordered sofa and loveseat. We received a previously owned sofa.

We called and told them

right away the couch material has spots material is crushed under cushions has crumbs and animal fur. Throw pillows strings are hanging off of them. They sent tech out he said yes we accidentally sent you a returned sofa you should pick new ones because we have gotten complaints about this material before. We did not find another set that we liked so we told them we want our money back They said we would have to pay 30% of what we paid for the furniture.

No help from customer service they should not call it CUSTOMER SERVICE because it sure is'nt.
