purchased $2,500 worth of furniture from ashley furniture.Wood was missing stain in spots, marble was chipped, wood was loose.

I refused the furniture and sent it back. I spoke with managers it's going to take three weeks for redelivery of new furniture. Mean while I'm having to make my second payment on furniture that I don't have. The furniture was delivered to my home on saturday, September 25, 2010.

The delivery was made at the scheduled time. I hope that the furniture will be delivered in excellent condition this time.

I hate to file a complaint with the better business bureau.Remember people to take pictures of the problems before refusing the delivery.
