The purchase made on January 8 was pleasant. Of course it would be, you are there to SPEND.

We called to schedule delivery, as told. We were told we would be called on Jan. 26 to schedule the time of delivery on the confirmed Jan. 30 delivery date.

Needless to say, we never received a call. We phoned this morning and were told two different stories by two different representatives. The first one stating they had no record of a scheduled delivery, the second one confirming a date was set, lied about calling us on the 26th, and stated not all items were available; despite telling us all items were in stock during our initial call to schedule delivery. We are disgusted.

No compensation has been offered.

The attitude from the “customer dis-service “ rep was ridiculous. Due to this issue, we will be sleeping on our mattress on the floor, because we donated our furniture to a local charity.
