We were given a delivery date which we had agreed to and signed the contract on. This delivery date was an entire MONTH out from the day we purchased the furniture!
When the delivery date came and went, our furniture was not delivered for another THREE WEEKS!!! We kept calling the store and at times no one would answer, other times we were placed on hold for so long with no one picking up our phone call.
We finally gave up and went into the store again only to experience the WORST customer service of all times! We were told that there was nothing that they could do for us and that we would just have to wait!
