I wrote to you before about what happened with Ashley furniture and that was on (July 6th) and this part 2 of my story.
in brief, i Bought a living room seats on 5/30/2020 as we informed that the delivery will be between two to four weeks and I get rid of my old seats waiting for new seats delivery .
On /6/27/2020 I went to the store as no one called me for the expected delivery and they informed me that the delivery date is unknown , so i was about to cancel the order until i reached you and contacted you and next day i got a contact and a replay from some one from customers care who informed me that the delivery date will be on August 5th and every thing is fine.
Today is August 3rd , few days before i tried to call all numbers i had to inquire about August 5th delivery but Now one replay at any numbers, so i sent Email but also no one replay and that caused me to go to the store
today and discovered the biggest chock , i figured out after ten weeks of waiting time that the purchase i did is something has been disconnected from the manufacture.
Why you did that to me , why you sold me something disconnected from your store , why no one tried to contact me in advance to tell me what is going on and that caused me to wait ten weeks
I am so sad , so disappointed and going to tell every one about the ugly story.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Ashley Furniture Cons: Deliver, I did not like the way my problem was handle, Customer service is horrible.
