Purchased a bedroom set that was on sale. I asked the associate if the whole set was included and she said "yes." The chest was not included with the rest of the furniture.

The next day I went and spoke to the manager and was informed the chest was not part of the package and noticed on the invoice it was not included. I told the manager that the associate had told me different. He gave me a discount on the chest and went ahead and purchased it. I informed the manager to tell all of his associates to tell customers what is included and what IS NOT included.

He assured me he would. Clerks that are sitting and assistance customer need customer service skill. They don't make eye contact, smile, acknowledge or thank the customer for coming in.

I recommend, hire employees with customer service experience. Who ever is doing the training is not doing a very good job of it.
