We purchased our microfiber sofa on October 5, 2008, and still today November 6, 2008 the sofa is not here.
We were told it will be delivered on October 13, 2008. They said they had some trucking issues and the furniture should be in the ware house in two weeks. We called back in two weeks, they said it is still held up, now it will be ready by Oct 30, 2008. Once again they broke their promise and today they told us it will be in the ware house on November 12, 2008.
We wanted to cancel our order but was told a 30% restocking fee will be charged because they have to pay the corporate. How does that justify to the customer?? We haven't received our furniture neither do they have it in their warehouse, what are they charging restocking fee for.
I am very disappointed in the customer service they have to offer. Hopefully when the sofa comes it is not damaged.
