We purchased the izone bed from Ashley's.First, it was delivered 2 weeks after promisd.

The audio portion of bed did not work. They sent technician 1 week later. Technician was completely clueless, admittedly,about electronics. He was just there to confirm system was broken.

He told us 2 weeks we would receive new part. New part arrived, still not working. New technician stated he thinks audio product is defective. Called and left messages with CSM managers and supervisors, no response.

Talked with store manager, he was to "handle it" and have not heard back from him. We now do not know if we are even getting a replacement part. The technician suggested we go to radio shack and ask them what the problem might be. Of course, they offer NO refunds although they completely are selling defective items.

They have not even offered to refund a percentage for 3 days of missed work and an item that is still NOT in working condition. The USB port does not charge the ipod. We are very dissatisfied with Ashleys and would NOT recommend anyone purchase from them.

Please be warned.Their furniture is crappy and their customer service is less than terrible.
