Purchased kitchen table w 4 chairs AND 4 stools that match table. Paid entire bill on credit card 10/20/19.

Chairs and stools came within a week or 2. I assembled all these over the next few days. Since then Ashley has changed our "delivery" date 3 times! Each change included a complete stone-walling by the customer service reps of Ashley.

Our 3rd delivery date was the most ridiculous of all. My wife received a robo type call that stated our delivery date and to only contact them if someone over 18 could not be there. My wife took time off from work to make sure we did not have to reschedule this date. Our delivery even had a window of time which was 3:45 to 6:45 for 12/4/19.

Yes.....December. Well, the time came and went and all we heard were crickets. No delivery, no table, no call......crickets. We then called "customer service" and requested a call back because if you decide to wait on could literally be hours with no gaurentee of ever getting a person.

We received a call that evening and the rep was all apologetic and just couldn't figure out what happened. Stone-walled again. The call ended with the rep indicating to us that she would be sure to look into this for us and give us a call to update on the upcoming Friday 12/6/19. Friday delivery, no table, no call..........crickets.

We paid for this product on 10/20/19 and STILL have no table.

Caveat Emptor to every future Ashley customer out there. The customer experience with this company is abysmal.

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $250.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
