We are first time home buyers who were excited to purchase new couches in 2021. we got our couches delivered 1/13/2021, only after a few months the cushion covers started peeling so bad the couch is very uncomfortable to sit on.
We purchased a 5-year warranty with Ashely's, i called the warranty company only to get denied and told to call Ashleys since it hasn't been a year. Ashely's sent out their tech to notice the peeling was so bad also the cushions are sinking in not to mention the creaking of the new frame. We were sent new covers plus 2 cushions. Within 2 months the same issues are happening AGAIN!
i called Ashely's to file another complaint to get this resolved. They sent out another tech who pretty much told me there's really nothing Ashleys can do.
So, we are no stuck with a poor-quality couch and they stole our money. We haven't even owned their couch for a year and it's falling apart.
Monetary Loss: $2.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Ashley Furniture Cons: So far i do not like any of this experience, Lack of customer service, Stolen money, Damaged product.
