Bought Sofa, loveseat, and recliner theater style all electric. One of the most expensive sets in the store.

The seller accidentally gave me the wrong receipts and called me after already leaving the store to see if I could drive the receipts back. He was distracted with another buyer while finishing my transaction. He later drove to my house to get the receipts. The items were scheduled to deliver Super Bowl morning, but then the day before, I'm told the delivery window will be delayed that day.

They showed up and the sofa wont recline. The delivery guy stated they send out a tech and if he declared it's broken, they'll send me a new one. Tech comes out and looks at the sofa with a flashlight for 10 minutes and confirms it's broken. Then I get a call letting me know they're ordering the parts and I'll get a call.

Well 10 days post delivery, no one has called me...

I'll never buy from Ashley Furniture again and will tell everyone I know not to buy from them. Oh, did I forget to mention that I bought the 5 year extended warranty...
