Messed with my credit. Delivery missing pieces.

Left unbuilt furniture all over my living room for a month. When delivery came a month later there was no delivery window. Claimed a glitch with system. Furniture came damaged.

Said they couldn’t get another piece for another month and that I should settle on furniture repair for new furniture. Still left everything unbuilt. Next delivery I was assured they would build and everything was on truck. Delivery never came and was cancelled.

Customer service had me going around in circles and didn’t seem to care. Just kept offering small incentives to fix mistakes and then would give me a hard time or bargain down what was promised. They are now taking back the furniture because it has yet to be fully delivered and I’m done with dealing with these people. Awful service all around!

Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere. FYI City furniture is the same company.
