We purchased an entertainment center that unfortunately arrived severely damaged and essentially unusable. The quality of the furniture left a lot to be desired, hence the extensive damage in shipping, but something this heavy and large should not be shipped via UPS, who just basically chucked the boxes by our house and that was that.
We contacted customer service and everyone we dealt with were uniformly professional and understanding.
Jillian was the first person, but everyone after her was equally professional. They sent UPS to pick up the boxes and we received a full refund without any hassle whatsoever.
Kudos to customer service. Now if they would only get their own company to deliver instead of UPS.
