We bought a mattress without being told that it's a floor model and now that I found two huge slits on the memory foam, they are telling me that they do not service floor models. Those are sold as is and they cannot prove where in time the slits occur - before or after the delivery.

This is complete fraud. Of course they know that there is a problem. They just don't want to admit it.

I will stop paying off the furniture and sue them. No one returns my calls, I have been on wait forever and the lady tells me that I should pretty much suck it up and live with it.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $700.

Preferred solution: Deliver product or service ordered.
