ORDERED OUR FURNITURE IN NOV. DELIVERED DEC.1 TORN, SOAKING WET FROM LEAK IN TRUCK, COUCH DID NOT MATCH TO OTHER PIECE OF COUCH ,CHAIR WAS USED BEFORE AND SO WAS SECTIONAL WAS NOT NEW.
TOLD DELIVERY MAN WE WERE NOT GOING TO EXCEPT, HE CALLED COUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY ASKED IF WE WANTED TO KEEP IT UNTIL THEY COULD BRING OTHER BACK OUT, WE SAID NO PROBLEM, IT TOOK UNTIL DEC 23 TO BRING MORE FURNITURE OUT, THEY BRING IT LOOKS OK, SAT IN THE CHAIR TWO TIMES, IM VACCUMING I GO BY THE BACK OF CHAIR AND THERES A LUMP IN THE BACK, I CALL CUSTOMER SERVICE TELL THEM, THEY SAID A REP. WOULD COME AND LOOK AT IT, THREE WEEKS LATER. MAN COMES WE ARE TALKING AND CHECKS OUT THE CHAIR AND SAID HE COULD FIX IT, WE GOT TO TALKING, I LOOKED AT THE WORK ORDER AND UP AT THE TOP, IT SAID THEY BELIEVED THE COUSTOMER DID IT AND IF THEY DID DO NOT FIX, WHAT THE *** IS THAT ABOUT, IS THIS THE WAY YOU TREAT A COUSTOMER, WELL IT WAS NOT OUR FAULT, A SPRING POPT OUT MAN FIXED IT. VERY NICE REPAIR MAN.
I AM PUTTING THIS ALL OVER FACEBOOK AND FAMILY AND FRIENDS ARE GOING TO SHARE WITH THEIR FRIENDS, ALSO MY HUSBAND IS A DISALBED VET, AND WE ARE PUTTING THIS OUT TO MILIATARY ALSO. MARSHA LEWIS IS A LIER, SHES WITH COUSTOMER SERVICE, SHE DIDNT EVEN PUT WORK ORDER IN SAID SHE DID, BUT WHEN I CALLED BACK ABOUT CHAIR, A GIRL NAMED EBONY SAID THERE WAS NO WORK ORDER, SHE PUT IT IN AND GAVE ME A WORK ORDER NUMBER, WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM YOU LIERS AGAIN.
