First off, after talking to salesman about wanting leather furniture, I picked out vinyl, and he did not tell me it wasn't leather. Realized it when furniture was delivered.

The fabric on recliner duo and couch already had staples tearing through the vinyl. They let me exchange for some that was part leather/part vinyl (at this point, I couldn't afford all leather). Four years down the line, the vinyl is cracking up. Very poor quality materials.

I expected their furniture to be of better quality. I would of been better with something from Wallmart. The set I replaced, I'd had for 20 years with 6 kids.

It had not a crack or tear when I replaced it and it was not a brand name. ASHLEY FURNITURE IS CRAP!!!

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $2500.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Nice store.

I didn't like: Quality of furniture.
