There’s been several occasions that we have contacted Ashley and each location throughout New York were rude and disrespectful. I received a beautiful sofa by delivery and the guys were okay that were putting them together.
After, I had to speak to someone on the phone to confirm my delivery and etc.. she clearly didn’t like her job because she kept rushing the questions. She was talking so fast she didn’t even make any sense. I paused and said what?
Because I had to answer yes or no.
She mumbled “oh god” under her breath. that’s disrespectful!!
