We were told that someone had to be home in order to accept the delivery, when asked if it could be our 14 year old child, they said yes that is fine. Day of delivery, I was called at work saying that there had to be someone over the age of 18 available to sign for the delivery.

I was told by the call center that the delivery team was going to make a quick delivery right up the street and that way I would have time to arrive home to sign for the delivery. I arrived home and after waiting nearly an hour I called the customer service center who notified me that the truck would not be returning and that I would have to call and set up another delivery date. I asked to speak to a supervisor who more or less said I don't care and this is not my problem it's yours and didn't care at all that members of the customer service center had lied to me about the delivery truck returning to my home.

Hands down the worse customer service team that I have ever dealt with. DO NOT deal with this company.
