We tried several times to get either the manager at the LaGrange store, Tony, or Corporate to return our calls. To date, not a peep.

We are in the process of donating the set to Goodwill, if they will even take it.

To date, I have talked to several friends that were going to purchase furniture and fortunately, they veered away from Ashley. What a horrible track record and company to deal with.

We purchased a double recliner and sofa, including the 5 year extra warranty, from Ashley in LaGrange Ga. Tony is the manager.

Within three months the naughahyde started peeling in several places. We called and complained but no no avail. A manufacturer rep was suppose to call and correct it. It got worse and we called again in May...again no action.

Here it is February, 2017 and we filed a complaint with the Corporate Office. The reply was they could not control their franchisees! The unit is now in terrible shape.

So much that we must cover it when we have company.. It works great but looks terrible...buyer beware...Ashley is NOT the place to buy your furniture.
