I have been waiting for 11+ weeks for my furniture to come in. They told me it would take 3-6 weeks.

I have called the scheduling department and they do not know anything. They can't/won't tell me anything in relation to my furniture. I have gone and talked to the store manager in North Charleston, SC. He won't do anything.

They are awful people to deal with. I want my money back but they make you sign this paper saying you will give them 20% if you cancel your order no matter if they don't even know if your furniture might ever come in. Horrible people!

Do not buy anything from them!

Sounds like corporate does a horrible job managing their franchise. I TOOOOOO will never do business with Ashley furniture.

Not only is the furniture junk but like so many others have mentioned their service *** right makes you furious. We bought a love seat, couch and three tables...and a protection package since we have dogs and kids.

I had one claim I submitted because one of my guests who came over had lots of hair product in his hair to have a flat top/spiky look. Well all the color and leather pretty much disintegrated at the head spot and looks like ***.

Their furnitures are junk and they have the worst customer service ever!My brand new couch sagged and looks awful. I can't return it and their customer service person is rude and they never do anything or respond to your request. Stay away from this store!!

I read MANY postings like this one claiming Ashley furniture has poor service and slow delivery. So, I went direct to the warehouse to make my purchases.

We STILL are experiencing the same thing. Ordered the product on January 15th and was immeditely informed it would be backordered for atleast a week.

It is now 10 weeks later, we just recieved ANOTHER call that the furniture that THEY make is on back order for another 4 weeks. Be smart and stay away, it is not worth the hassle, these people suck!

I also hate Ashley Furniture. Ashley Furniture needs to invest in some serious training.

Customer service/customer satisfaction is obviously not a priority. We ordered furniture over 13 weeks ago and we are still waiting. We have been repeatedly lied to and I will never order anything else from this company or recommend them to anyone. I contacted the Consumer Affairs office.

I was told that their office would contact the upper management of the store where I made the purchase so that they would contact us. Several weeks later, the Lexington warehouse personnel contacted my husband last week to tell him 12 trucks were coming in on August 5, 2008 and that our furniture would be on one of the trucks. Today, August 6, 2008, we were told our furniture is still not available. We have tried to resolve this issue, but the saga continues.

To add injury to insult, one of the items we ordered is in the Charleston, SC store on display.

We were told we could not purchase the item because it was just for display purposes. I know the stores are owned and operated independently, but why is there a consumer affairs department that serves no purpose!?????.
