Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Bought a mattress. It was supposed to be new but an obsolete model. It had bed bugs. Which is disgusting. And clearly it was a used mattress. The loathsome woman I dealt with who is apparently the owner of this awful store basically said tough. Buy another mattress. I did. At the sleep on it down the road.

WARNING! If it's labeled leather it could be in fact leather dust combined with other materials that will peel off!! Bought a living room set the leather started pealing off after 2 years. Ashley won't do a thing just appologized! Go to Lazyboy at least you get a lifetime warrenty!!!!

3 PC. Bought my furniture on jan 25, 15. Told it would take 30 days for delivery. I was fine with that, even though it seemed excessive. More than 30 days pass and nothing. Finally get a call n message asking to set up a delivery time. However when I call back, nobody answers! I leave messages and nothing. Week or so goes by and I finally get a live person, only to be told my furniture is on back order!!? Then why call me!! This dance continues n now I'm at over two months and no furniture! I call store directly! Get call center n told a manager will get back to me in 24-48 hours!!! Uh, if the store is open then why can't I talk with someone!! I'm being told not till end of April for my furniture! 3 months!! Not a good business plan! I'm done! Going shopping else where for furniture and I'll tell all I meet what I went through and to never shop at Ashley furniture!

The company is unprofessional and uncaring they accept your money and after no customer appreciation failure to deliver timely and when you call the company they put you on hold and nobody will fix the issue you have unconcerned. Would never purchase anything else or refer family and friends. They need to start all over.

I purchased a Ashley brand mattress, 5 piece dinning set and a leather sofa in 2011. The dining set chairs are falling apart and the mattress has a bubble in the middle. I contacted Ashley and they directed me to contact the warranty company Guardsman. When I contacted them they stated that I passed the time limit to cover the warranty and they do not cover wear & tear. I informed them it could not be wear & tear and I did not know what happened, it just started falling apart. Fast forward to the other issue with the mattress. My nephew who is a toddler was sleeping in my bed and had accident and I found out the mattress protector that the store representative told me I had to purchase from Ashley did not work as promised. Ashley corporate office representative said they would honor my warranty on the mattress because it had soiled spots, which voids the warranty. Even though, I purchased the mattress pad from them and it fell. I have never experience anything like this in my lifetime. Before, purchasing furniture from Ashley I had furniture that I bought from Wicks furniture that lasted me almost 20 years with no problems. The only reason I bought new furniture is because I renovated my home. I gave my old furniture to a family member and it is doing better than the furniture I purchase from Ashley in 2011. The customer relation service I have received from Ashley and their subsidiary warranty company they use is deplorable. The company that I was referred to for cleaning my mattress is Tri County Furniture Service. I repeatedly informed them of the times I was available to have the tech to clean the mattress. They repeatedly ignored my availability and set up the times when I would not be home. I finally, had to ask for a supervisor and they promised they would give me a time frame that would fit my availability. Of course, they again ignored my stated availability. The last time I was transferred to a supervisor, who identified himself as the owner. The "owner" stated that he recorded me(without my knowledge or consent & illegal in the U.S.) stating I will be available on Dec. 26th or 27th. I informed him that if he did record me "illegally" he would have heard me stated and agree to the 26th. I told him this is the worst customer relation experience that I have ever had. When the company totally disregards the customer's request. He proceeded to get very irate and told me that he was cancelling my account and I can call Guardsman and have another company come and clean my mattress. I was lost for words and in total disbelief with what just happened. At that point, I would never allow anyone from that company come into my home, because I would not feel comfortable or safe, if that is how the "owner" treats his customer and the example he sets for his employees. Finally, it appears that everything associated with Ashley Furniture is of low quality from the furniture, warranty and customer relations. Please DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM ASHLEY FURNITURE. PLEASE BEWARE!!!!!!!!
