Hello, I had my bed delivered on Oct 1st. Missing the one side. It has been more than a week, I’ve called the store I purchased it from about 5-6x and they continue to email the warehouse.
I am extremely upset. I haven’t had a place to lay my head that was mine In the last 7 months. I am shocked that you couldn’t deliver or be able to follow up via customer service for the last week.
I travel so much, all I want is my bed and I have peices against my bedroom wall, and all over.
Please make this right.
