My husband and I purchased a complete King bedroom set from Ashley furniture in June. Received everything but the chest of drawers.
Checked delivery status online and it says something crazy like 8 years for delivery, so we call our salesman (Darryl Owens at the Shiloh, Il location). Long story short, I would say it's been about three weeks and cannot get any answers from ANYONE. We've been told the manager would be checking on it and calling us, I've called two local stores and even the stores don't answer the phone (it goes to an answering service), the salesman would check on it and update us, but they never do. Shameful way for such a large company to treats it's customers.
If you're looking for furniture, go somewhere else. Just run from this place.
