I purchased furniture December 2015, and as of today no furniture has been delivered. I contacted Ashley 2 weeks ago and furniture was to arrive within the week but there was no ETA.
I called today to cancel due to the delay and furniture was sitting in their warehouse since Thursday. I can't cancel and the managers excuse, John, is that the furniture takes a long time because it's made from scratch not from a location down Union. He mentioned he's been managing Ashleys for 15 years, therefore this is the process. Unfortunately, this will be my last time ever dealing with bad management.
John needs to be taught that the client is always right. Often than not you can fix the problem by not going against the client or defending your store when you are in the wrong.
It's pretty simple, take responsibility. Poor customer service, and nothing but lies from the beginning.
