On March 24 we ordered 2 new tables....a coffee table and matching end table. Great service on THAT DAY only.
We were told they put a "rush" on the order so we could get it early. We were told it could take 6 - 8 weeks but not to worry - it was a rush order. Tomorrow makes 2 full months. No tables.
No phone calls or texts. My husband spoke with the manager of the D'Iberville, MS store where we ordered the furniture. The manager was not a nice person at all!! He said "you were told it would take 6-8 weeks".
Not one phone, no emails, no text messages whatsoever to tell of us a delay. Today I placed a call to the Customer Care Line for Ashly. A very nice young woman checked the records, saying our phone number would pull up the order for to check. OUR (2) PHONE NUMBERS WERE NOT FOUND!!
So I provided the sales number. NO RECORD OF A SALE AT ALL!!!! For 2 damn months we have been waiting because they said "they are on their way". *** We sold our old tables in the interim to make way.
Guess what? Nothing.
This is a very poor way to treat customers. We are extremely angry
