We have been waiting for our chairs for about a month now. They were scheduled to be delivered Friday late in the evening.
When I called to ask if I could change the time because it did not work, I was answered by a rude woman who just didn’t want to do anything. They are now scheduled to be delivered Wednesday. Except here we are the day before and we just received a call that one of our chairs is backordered? Mind you I’ve been paying for these for a month which I don’t have and they were all there Friday.
So they sold one of my chairs. Now I have to wait longer. Not sure how any of this is okay.
On any level. Absolutely disgusted.
