Ashley Furniture - MANDATORY DELIVERY and FEES is Going to Cost Ashleys Sales
Outside of the over-priced furniture, NOW Ashley's will NOT allow consumers to pick up their items. There is a MANDATORY delivery policy.
This along with the prices is NOT enough to make consumers happy about remaining or becoming an Ashley customer. The prices are already over priced for the quality of furniture. Outside of having to wait weeks to have your items delivered, I just experienced a bad product upon delivery.
I am already seeking other places to shop. Consumers should ALWAYS have a CHOICE and Ashley's has taken that away by making it Mandatory for you to have your items delivered.
Reason of review: MANDATORY Delivery and Fee.
Monetary Loss: $130.
Preferred solution: Provide the customers an option and not make it mandatory to have items delivered..
Ashley Furniture Pros: Availability of sales personnel.
Ashley Furniture Cons: Forcing dellivery on customers.

They wouldnโt let my movers pick up my item even though I went through my own private credit app and was approved . They were un believable they didnโt care if they had to wait then they sent Them away and I didnโt get my delivery now I have to put out more money and reboke them
