After three months with NO resolution I am forced to take this appalling company to court!And I can't wait!!!!
I have given them EVERY opportunity to resolve this issue and they have totally blown me off. I have left COUNTLESS MESSAGES FOR EVERY MANAGER and stayed on hold for over 45 minutes and they refused to come to the phone. I have had to make payments on furniture for three months that I have NEVER received AND they refuse to refund my $1,000 down payment on furniture that I NEVER RECEIVED.
Even the REGIONAL MANAGERS, Ben & Lewis and the OWNERS, CHOIS, have REFUSED TO EVEN SPEAK WITH ME!See you in court!
