The product fails within 90 days. They were told by Ashley sales they would give a credit towards new furniture and the store manager denied the claim

My son and daughter in law purchased a floor model living room set for Ashley. They sold them a warranty knowing that the warranty company did not cover floor models. The fabric is not holding up and the frame has caved in. They are pretty well out of luck at this point. I, nor they will ever shop at Ashley again, nor purchase extended warranty.

I bought a bedroom set and within 3 days the bottom legs fell off. Called for Ashley to come fix they they didn't come. Said I didn't confirmed the apartment but I never got a call. Then they told me that its normal for the bottom legs of the bed to come off. I am only 140 pounds and I cant even lay down on my bed. They wont take take it back. So now I'm stuck with a broken bed that I paid 2000.000 for. Please be aware of this and dont buy from this company.

Don't do it! Cheap cheap cheap | Ashley Furniture review from Buffalo, New York

We knew the items, a couch and a love seat, were inexpensive but we did n't expect them to be so cheap that they started breaking after 18 months of gentle use. We don't have kids, we aren't jumping on the couches, yet they both broke. Ashley wanted to charge us $60/hr to repair the pieces. We were also told that our warrantee was invalid because we moved. Not a good look for such a well-known store. In not so many words, we were told, "Gee. Too bad for you"

Wow I just called the store to cancel our order & actually got ahold of the store manager. She was super NICE and asked for 24 hours for a solution!

I can absolutely do that.

Finally after all day long on the phone I was able to get in touch with the store & they are nice and actually seem to care. The 800 customer care reps could definitely use some lessons from the Henrietta, NY store.
