We Bought furniture on black Friday. The reason we bought the ones we did was because of the availability.
Salesman told us originally it was available the next week. Also said he would send email updates every week. Nope. None of that.
I called 2 weeks later. The guy on the phone said they could set a delivery date of Dec 22nd. I said okay. We get closer to the date and nothing.
My husband calls to check a few days before the 22nd and the lady tells him it MIGHT be the 22nd but will probably be the 29th. I call on the 22nd and ask if we were getting a delivery and she was like, you are not scheduled and would I like to schedule for the 5th of January? I asked if I could talk to a manager.
She put me on hold for ten minutes and then said they were not available and one would call me back. That did not happen.
User's recommendation: don't expect good customer service.
