Poor customer service. No updates on ordered furniture piece.

Ordered furniture, given a delivery date, it came and went, called the store, they said it was going to be another month, came and went now are told it will be 3 more months , we have had to call , they will not call back . We have no idea even if the piece has been ordered. they didn't give us any paperwork, just charged us $99.00 to the Mathis priority club to get free delivery. , Didn't get reciept for that either, very poorly run and poor business practices it happy at all.

By the way talked to a few places on the internet that day they have the piece in stock. I don't want to buy it online , don't really trust them , looks like Ashley / Mathis furniture can't be trusted either,

User's recommendation: If it isn't on the floor don't. Order it.

Monetary Loss: $99.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Ashley Furniture Pros: Talk a big game.

Ashley Furniture Cons: Can not deliver, Poor communicatiion.
