Bought a Broyhill sectional, With extended warranty. The comfort of the sofa is great. The fabric pills uncontrollably (We specifically asked for guidance when choosing our fabric as we are all pill with some fabrics).

One arm padding is in adequate and you can hear the cardboard pop if you sit against it. Called Rotman sent a technician right out. HeAgreed that the arm was not sufficient and would report back to his manager. As for the fabric he thought it was due to the clothes we wear (???) or likely from our throws ( off-white organic cotton ), And we should just purchase a defuzzer.

Follow his advice however called him back as the furniture looks like it’s years old he was not very receptive says it was from wear and tear. But you should know it’s only my husband and I are in the house and we work all day. The furniture gets little use.Just keep defusing

As for the defective arm without padding that as well he said it was from overuse, not sure how he could change that in his report. Called back to the store spoke with the supervisor Melissa she says case is closed, Nothing more for them to do. Again I remind you that we bought the extended warranty. We have bought from Rotman, for many years. Very disappointing not to mention significant money waste. One would expect better customer service. Would not recommend them to anyone. Live in community people asking for advice, we tell them to avoid Rotman. They look at our sectional, and are happy for the advice.

Sectional now 6-7 mos old.... and just awful.
