Ashley Furniture - Nothing but a nightmare
I Place an order for a king size bed on July 25th with a delivery day 1-2 weeks. The first delivery the headboard was broken so they had to order a new headboard.
( 2 weeks later) when they came back to put the bed together there was a couple of screw missing a support bar. as of today September 11th, my bed is still not done yet.
I will never ever buy anything from this place. I am trying to get in contact to corporate because they want to charge me a 20% if I return the bed to the warehouse and i refused to pay that because it's not my fault that after two months my bed still not fully assembled
Reason of review: Problem with delivery.
Monetary Loss: $1000.
Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Ashley Furniture Pros: Only good thing is the sales personthumbs up.
Ashley Furniture Cons: Quality of assembly.
