We bought a pair of accent chairs back in July of 2018, one was supposed to come with a pillow (a simple item you would think). We did not like the one chair so went back in August and ordered another to match the other one.

They told us it was supposed to come with an accent pillow which we informed them we had not received. They said they ordered it for us. This is now October and every time I talk to the store or their famous customer service people I get nothing but lies about when this will be delivered. They say it is shipping UPS but do not have any tracking information.

How can this be? Everyone else has tracking information on shipments.

They said this would be delivered by 10/01..........still waiting..........contacted both places once again and no return phone calls or updates as promised. Ashley Homestore sucks and will never do business with them again and will tell all my friends and family to stay away also.
