You people are the worst - both the Hagerstwon MD store on Weasel (wesil) Avenue and the Corporate people who NEVER return a phone call or respond to an email contact. There will NEVER be another piece of TRASHLEY furniture purchased by me, my family or my friends.

RUN - don not walk - away from the Hagerstown Store and Ashley Furniture.

They are interested only in the sale and be damned with customer service or timely delivery - unless you want to pay repeated $150 delivery fees for each piece as it finally makes it to the warehouse. $150 to deliver furnoture 20 miles away is ridiculous to start but how you handle inventory is far more ***.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $300.

Preferred solution: Reimbursed for having to employ someone to sit in apartment to wait for delivery that was 2 .5 hrs past delivery window or pay an additonal $150 redelivery fee. Absolutely no assistance from store personnel w/ scheduling for unusual work schedule..

Ashley Furniture Pros: Guys who made actual delivery were very nice.

Ashley Furniture Cons: Customer service after the sale was nonexistent -, Nonexistent or beligerent customer service after sale.
