Bought a sofa and a love seat from Ashley about 6 months ago. Had problems from the very start.
The kept putting off delivery date. First was 1 week, then 2 more weeks, and a month after that we finally get our stuff after 7 weeks. Was promised 1 week. Next was bad quality.
Very low quality. We complained several times. About 6 weeks, they finally sent one guy out. He even admitted it was low quality.
He promised to order what was needed to make it oh so much more acceptable. Not only that, but he was going to order new firmer cushings for both. And wood braces that needed to be installed. And restuff it because it did not have the stuffing to make it comfortable at all.
He said he could almost rebuild it. And they would better that it was designed to be. Sounded good, he must be a lying salesman. Never were any pieces sent or received.
And have never seen the guy who came and lied that he could fix it to our satisfaction. Called countless times but kept getting told they would call back. Never did ! Now as of today 8 months after purchase.
When you set on them, you can feel the wood frame through the cushions, and stuffing. So, I advise you to buy your furniture any place but from Ashley over proceed, "Very Low Quality, Overpriced JUNK"
User's recommendation: DO NOT BUY FROM ASHLEY. THEY WILL LIE TO YOU TIL YOU QUIT CALLING.
Monetary Loss: $900.
