I had a couch that ripped within 2 years. I had purchased the extended warranty.

Customer service was terrible. Never sent anyone out to Repair. One representative told me they would replace the couch. When o called to follow up, that employee "was terminated".

I still have a 3 year old couch that looks like garbage with a huge tear that keeps getting worse, cushions that look terrible and do not attach to the couch anymore. We loved this couch when we purchased it.

It is very comfortable. The company did send me replacement foam, however the cushion coverings are still worn badly for the age of the couch.

Product or Service Mentioned: Ashley Furniture Sofa.

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

I didn't like: Quality of the products, Poor quality, Dishonest policy.
