I purchase the mirror. The mirror glass & backing were damaged in shipment. Can I purchase the mirror glass & backing?
can you get someone to call me on my delivery it was supposed to be today and no one has called
I am trying to get an answer for when to expect my order delivery. I have tired calling the store I ordered from I have tried customer service, no one is picking up and I have been on the phone for almost 30 min. This in no way to run a business, you will not get return business with this out come.
when will my loveseat be picked up for return
i purchased a love seat last week, i called to return, i wss tood a pickup wednesday someone will call me, no one has called. your answer machine hangs after wanting over 30 min.

We bought a sofa and received a $100.00 in store use card. Discount code PGC100.
We purchased the sofa in Maui 10-19. It appears the card expires 12-19.
Where can we use this card in California as we will not be back to Maui until 2020. We are located in the 93424 zip code area.
I canceled my purchase, First thing Monday morning, had purchased sofa on Saturday, will they still charge me a restocking fee?
Charged purchase on Saturday, 7/27/19, Canceled purchase first thing Monday morning, Told the saleslady to get credit card # & security code for restocking fee. I asked the clerk doing the paper work, if I would be charged a restocking fee, she said ,No, you got back in time.
It wasn't in stock to begin with.
I did initial the all sales are final., so i guess i'm screwed. Still waiting for credit on my card, I'm so leary of this place, didn't know their reputation, my computer, due to carpet installation, So sorry that I ever stepped foot in Ashley's.

Where is my recliner?
Ordered July 2nd a recliner along with other furniture at the Ashley store in Algonquin. The experience is a exercise in frustration and aggravation.
Between their policy of not removing the old furniture upon delivering the new furniture. It places the burden of paying someone to come inside the home and remove and dispose of the old furniture. Donation of the old furniture depends on curb side pick up and the condition of furniture for resale. The delivery of multiple items is sporadic with one item coming in and the others back ordered making it impossible to get everything delivered at one time.
We were promised on multiple occasions that the recliner would be held until the two loveseats were also available to be delivered all together. Finally when the love seats were ready for delivery the recliner was sold out from under us. Now, the middle of October we are still waiting for the recliner to be delivered. Multiple emails to customer service go unanswered and contact by phone is a automated response of 5 to 7 weeks.
Ashley customer service we want the recliner that we ordered July 2nd.
You know the one you sold to someone else out from under us. When are we going to get delivery?

Recliner part
When we recline the mechanism sticks and it is bent. We have two of these and this one never worked good.
Why and when I haven't received the night stands that went with the bedroom set I ordered
I ordered a bedroom set about a month ago. The two night stands that went with it didn't arrive.
I've been trying to find out when I was going to get them but no response.
If that's how you treat your customers then come back to my home and pick up the bedroom set for full refund. I will never support you again.
