I bought 3k of this bad stuff, 2 love seats, 1 recliner for my wife and me mid at the end of 2013... 18mos later, every piece is peeling and Ashley Furniture says sorry... I bought a few items for my new house through Ashley. The minimum monthly payment we agreed on ended up being 50 dollars more than our agreement, not to mention we no longer dealt with Ashley, but some 3rd party bank! We bought several pieces of expensive furniture. When delivered, we discovered immediately one of the pieces was not comfortable and felt totally different from the similar piece in the store. We purchased a couch and a matching loveseat in February, and bought the extended 5 year damage warranty. It took 2.5 weeks for the furniture to be delivered. I purchased a Ashley Alayna Quartz sofa from Rose Brothers Furniture. I had the sofa less than three weeks. The cushion in the center was sinking down.
