Ashley furniture's warranty is the biggest joke ever and a waste of money. This is my first set from them and I just purchased it at the end of Feb.
2016...fast forward to 2 weeks ago the middle of the board on the couch is broken and I explained in full detail with pictures what happened...instead of the servicemen coming out to fix the couch with a new board he comes with glue and says don't sit on it for
24 hours. We don't sit on it for 48 just to be sure. 2 days later broken again. Now they're saying because it broke in the middle it is considered "customer cause" so it's not covered.
So I'm supposed to keep making payments on a broken couch? I don't think so. I'm still waiting to talk to
A manager (which has the weirdest policy of waiting 24-48 hours to respond.). I'm still under one year warranty plus I purchased the 5 year warranty and it's not even covered.
I've talked to so many people it's a joke.
Never again after this set. For all I care they can come get it.
