I am in a similar situation! We had a whole bedroom set and mattress delivered.

I came home from work a few hours later and could barely breath coming up the stairs to the bedroom, the smell and my reaction was so bad. The independent dealer did come back 3 days later to move all the furniture to the garage, but it was too late. The chemicals must have attached to the carpet and now 3 weeks later, I am still sick. Migraines, burning face, asthma/hard to breath, brain fog, etc.

We keep the door closed with an IQair purifier, but it's still affecting my health! :-( I even talked to corporate. No help there... the seller is making it difficult to return due to their return policy.

25% restock fee and only store credit. Not sure what to do next.

I am dealing with the same issue. Bought 3 leather sofas 2 years ago.

The leather is peeling and paint cracking. Insurance does not cover as it’s a “manufacturing defect” and Ashley does not cover because the sofas are 2 years old. Net, los over $3000.

Bought leather sofas because they were supposed to last more… terrible experience. Pure junk!

POWER LOVE COUCH

I've had my powered love couch for less than a month. Ive had techs come out 4 times. come to find out it was both motors stopped working. I had to call city furniture and wait Weeks for a tech to come out and then weeks for the parts to be delivered, the first tech said it was the switch! Waited weeks for the switch and NO Dice still didn't work! Finally, a tech named George came out and ordered the motors for me! I have severe back issues that's why I ordered the power leg lifts to begin with! Shame on Ashley furniture for selling me a piece of junk. I will Never buy Anything from Ashley ever again!

Manager of shakopee mn store

Visited the store with my sister today to purchase a recliner for her christmas gift. Found one on sake and when i said i would take it, the manager said it was backordered to february. I said we would take the floor model and he said you couldnt sell that and you could sell 20 of them before february. I said " good luck with that" and he said if i was going to be rude, i should leave the store...im 70 years old, not rude, just realistic, and after several purchases from your store previously, will never purchase anything from a store with managers like this one!

Need pickup

I ordered a bedroom set I never received it kept on getting pushed forward I got one piece but I need to return it because like I said I never received my bedroom set that goes with it and no one seems to want to help me to have it picked up and returned I dont need just one piece I need my whole order but it everything has been canceled already

Damaged table

A coffee table we ordered was delivered badly damaged. The hassle after that to have it picked up and a replacement delivered was unreal. I am in the process of canceling the whole thing and getting a refund. My husband and I have recently moved and have bought several pieces from Ashley. There were problems with all of them. I know nowadays deliveries, customer service, etc. is terrible but I'm done!

Defective recliner

We purchased 2 recliners less than Item# 2 years ago but did receive delivery until a year and a half ago. The one chair is awful. The batting it materials used for seat has smashed down. You pretty much sit in *** or on wood slats. Very unhappy, chair is difficult to sit in, and we are overall very displeased I tried calling the extended warranty. Nope. We don't cover that. Tried to use your help line. Nope. Put on hold for 2 hours 1. I have made previous purchases from you. No issues 2. This chair is junk! Item # U609**** 3. The chair needs to be repaired or replaced. REFUND

Sale order # 1941****: I placed this order on 10/11/21. I waited 30 plus days for delivery and canceled the order because no reasonable delivery date was available. I spoke with the sales manager Patrick Mayfield Hts. Ohio location on 3 occasions regarding order cancellation and issuing my refund. I have waited over 15 business days to date and I still have not received my refund in the amount of 1521.87 . Ashley furniture with holding my refund has caused a grave hardship and I would like my monies refunded immediately. This has been a very unpleasant experience and have taken up far to much of my personal time searching for answers regarding returning my monies. User's recommendation: I recommend during the pandemic not shopping with Ashley furniture because date for furniture delivery is 18 to 24 weeks or longer.

Service

Ordered a dinning room table in February of this year. Was told 8 to 12 weeks for delivery! Everytime the date approaches, date keeps getting pushed back! They only send out a text saying we're working on it. Well it's the end of November and still no table! My first time buying anything from Ashley and will be my last!
