They have been out three times to fix it and in the shop once. They replaced the chair mechanism also.
They said my recliner has nothing wrong with it. It still goes back when it shouldn't.
The footrest doesn't work correctly. I'm tired of being jerked around.

After speaking with 4 separate Ashley employees starting on 11/28/2025 no ticket was submitted until 12/16/2025 when I spoke to the 5th Ashley customer service representative. I found out on day 18 that that the previous 4 employees did nothing to help me get the correct furniture.
The salesman ordered the wrong dining room table. I have a text message from him apologizing for the mistake and clearly admitting it was his mistake. The stools I ordered to go with the table were supposed to come in a set of 2. When I got my wrong table and half the stools I was expecting I called the store and the manager laughed at me and offered to sell me more stools.
A service technician came to repair the sofa I bought and marked the stools as resolved instead of the couch. This has been by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Not only does the Manager need to be fired the customer service team should be held accountable for not doing their job. I have over 15 emails were I’ve been asked to take pictures and send them back.
Which I did so did the service repair guy when he came to my home on 12/9/2025. The 4th customer service representative I spoke to on 12/15/2025 sent yet another email asking for more detailed photos. I currently have an extremely large dining room table upside down on my spare bed because it doesn’t fit in my dining room. It has been there (on the bed) since 11/30/2025 waiting to get replaced with the correct table.
I have reached out begging for help to replace the tables because my mother was coming in to town for the holidays. Because the table is still here my mom had to get a hotel room because I don’t have anywhere for her to sleep because I have an oversized table on it. I’m still not convinced the 5th representative did their job because I still have not been contacted by a supervisor or whoever answers tickets that have been submitted. Dollar difference in the tables so I have been overcharged 300 in addition to now my mother‘s hotel room so the cost of dealing with Ashley is almost as expensive as the furniture I purchased.
The customer service team refuses to let you speak to a supervisor refuses to give you a number to call for somebody who has the authority to make these changes and fix these issues and the store manager is a joke.. I have a voice recording of him laughing when I called about the stools and admitting that the salesman was wrong and telling me that they came in sets of two.
With that being said, I have text messages from the salesman apologizing for ordering the wrong table and I still don’t have the correct table and the incorrect table is still in my home. Today is December 17th and no communication from Ashley in regards to when it will be.

I will never buy furniture from here ever again. My husband and I bought a ton of furniture about three years ago from here.
And we recently started noticing sawdust on the floor in front of the credenza. We call our pest control company to come and look at it and they said that there are termites in the furniture piece and the dormancy period for termites is five years, they then stated that the termites have had to have been there since it came from the manufacturers warehouse. Well before we purchased it. This is beyond disgusting and very worrisome for us.
As now were concerned, were gonna have to get rid of every single furniture piece that we purchased from them at this time. Which is a lot of furniture.
I reached out to Ashley furniture and they told me sorry youre out of warranty. You cant help you.
Now I have to worry about the rest of the furniture in my home that I purchased from them at the same type of thing is going to go on and Im gonna have to get rid of every single piece of furniture that I purchased from them.
Do not waste your time with this place go to a more reputable furniture store whos not gonna sell you stuff that is infested with termites.
Update: They put this bogus response here on the reviews stating to reach out to them at a specific email. I have done so they refuse to respond.
Ive also reached out to the Better Business Bureau and they did the same thing and gave a specific email to respond to requesting further information. And then theyre refusing to respond to it. As well as a regional manager named Cynthia Hernandez, I have copied her as well. And days later, she just sent me an out of office message.
And she is still refusing to respond. Do not ever buy furniture from this place they will not take accountability for anything.

Terrible product and terrible customer service
Purchase a two thousand dollar couch in August of 2025 and within 2 weeks to supports underneath the cushions popped so now you sit in *** They made me go through all this run around with this terrible online repair prompt and then they look at a picture I send them and have the nerve to tell me that nothing looks wrong with my couch. Even though the cushion that the supports are broken is pushed down into the seat. Do not buy anything from this company

Im also angry with this sight for not saving my edit with my pictures rotated. Noone can get the full view of the gravity of my situation. Also won't allow "special characters" when did punctuation become special characters.
I ordered a bed and mattress set. So the first thing that pissed me off was that they came about 11 days apart.
The second thing is that the mattress clearly doesn't fit the bed. I called customer service and I was told they can't help me because they don't take mattresses back!
WTF then says to buy a box spring when the bed says on it not to use one. I haven't even had them for 2 weeks and haven't even slept in this bed.

Wasn't easy.
You have to have lots of patience and be willing to "play the wait, wait, wait game." Don't give up. I had to place quite a few calls and even more emails to get my issue resolved.
I called Ashley; they told me to keep, donate, or trash the item. They put in another order for a replacement. I told them I didn't want it; they said not to worry, it wouldn't be sent. Of course, a couple of days later, the replacement showed up.
My card had already been charged for the first damaged item. They issued a return authorization via FedEx. FedEx picked it up; tracking showed it was delivered to Ashley a week later, and my refund would be issued in 7-10 business days. I called on the 10th day and was told to call back the next day if it wasn't credited back to my account.
I just got off the phone, and shocker, it hadn't been issued. Customer service issued the credit while I was on the phone with them, saying it would take another 7-10 business days to actually show up in my account. So after everything was said and done, it's going to be a month before my refund shows up.
No one answers emails; you're on the phone with them for at least 15 minutes every time, and the quality of their furniture is horrible. Horrible customer service and horrible product.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. My husband and I had to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress to go with the tempur- pedic base .
Originally the wrong Sealy mattress was delivered.
Because it was a split king mattress they exchanged the 2 sealy mattresses for 1 Tempur Pedic and we had to purchase the second split king. For all customers who purchase adjustable beds I recommend you get the mattress that fits the base the regular pillow top mattress doesn’t fit a Tempur Pedic adjustable base
They delivered a soft mattress that was on clearance and it was not what we ordered in store.when it was supposed to be firm and the mattress does not sink with the adjustable base they will not take back the mattress and give us the mattress that we originally purchased from the store and we have been going through this for three days now since delivery My Husband just had back surgery and I had surgery on my foot and we were depending on that mattress to help with our recovery. The customer service in the Kennesaw Georgia Ashley furniture store is just horrible. You have horrible service and I just believe that you selling a mattress that does not adjust with the adjustable base. Its just wrong for the customer who does not have knowledge I will never shop in Ashley and I will definitely make sure the public is aware of the poor service that you have in the store just to get a Cell to pay almost $3000 for it.
Adjustable base and have no mattress that adjust is just horrible. I will definitely make sure that no one shops in your store and I will go to the news media about this because I just think that you dont care about your customer.
We have been customers and purchased furniture from the store several times and never had a problem, but it appears that no one can take care of anything. No one has the power.

On April 15, a new mattress was delivered to my home after delivery. I realized that the mattress was not the mattress we purchased in the store, going to the store several minutes after the delivery.
I realized that a clearance mattress was sent to my home, not the mattress ordered. However, I was also sold a Tempur-Pedic adjustable base, and the mattress was a split king Sealy soft mattress. My husband has had four back surgeries, and I had a recent Achilles surgery, so we decided that we definitely needed an adjustable bed. The bed does not align with the adjustable base.
We have tried to resolve this issue, even to get the mattress that we originally paid for. They could not handle any issue in-store, and corporate is to be contacted. I'm writing this complaint because I don't recommend anyone use the store. It is poor salesmanship to sell a mattress that will not align with the adjustable base when it is not the same product.
The store manager was horrible. The staff was horrible, and of course, when you call the store, you get an answering machine; no one calls you back. They just pass it off to each other. It is sad now for a man 66 years old, who has had four back surgeries, to lay on a soft mattress that is not helping his back.
I believe we should be compensated for our loss. Return these mattresses and move on. We offered to purchase a Tempur-Pedic mattress to go along with the adjustable base, but so far we haven't had any results. No one in the store seems to know how to help; no one in the store knows how to reach your corporate offices to make a decision.
It was suggested when we called Ashley regarding this that they wanted us to sleep on the mattress for 30 days, and that's not going to happen.
Please help us come to a resolution with this issue. Thank you.

User's recommendation: In the future, I recommend that you sell your adjustable bases to fit the mattress if it is not a Tempur-pedic bed a Tempur-pedic high in adjustable base should not be sold and it should not be difficult now we have to sleep on a mattress My Husband having a bad back and myself recovering from surgery on a mattress until this issue is resolved I will attach a video and photo so you can see how the mattress and adjustable base align they do not at this point I want to return the mattress and adjustable base. I will never come to Ashley again. I loved your furniture. I also purchased a canopy bed on that day. That was fine, but I can’t enjoy the beautiful canopy bed when I can’t enjoy the mattress.

We perused the inventory at the Cleveland, TN location for a living room suite. We told them we love the leather outfits, but we have cats.
They excitedly told us they have a revolutionary copyrighted product that is cat-proof and displayed with an ice pick that cannot be destroyed by rips, tears, or punctures. Then, they proceeded to tell us that it actually hurts cats' nails, so they don't want to do it. They also forced us to buy the insurance even though we said we didn't want it. It wasn't an option.
We came back from vacation many months later to find the corners of our furniture torn and punctured by the cats. We began the claims process (which took many months) and were told it was a product defect and had to be reported in 72 hours. (Evidently, they have cats in the warehouse or on the sales floor). Then we escalated to Ashley escalations and explained and sent pictures, and we were just told it doesn't cover pets.
Their cat-proof copyrighted product doesn't cover pets. Okay, she is a feral wild animal.
Total fraudulent misrepresentation. Class action lawsuit here.

However, I noticed that my bank account was charged twice for the same amount ($457.91).

Need resolution
I have been experiencing issues with my furniture delivery from Ashley Furniture since May 20, 2025. I purchased the furniture on May 18, and was initially informed that it would be delivered on May 20, but it did not arrive until June 3.
Although it arrived a couple of days early, I was disappointed to find numerous imperfections, including lumpy furniture, excessive material on the base, unevenness, and exposed staples, on the sectional I purchased for nearly $4,000. The delivery service acknowledged these issues and assured me that someone would be sent to rectify them. However, when the repair person arrived, they were unable to fix the issues and instead suggested using makeshift repairs, which I deemed unacceptable for a brand-new piece of furniture. I have been calling Ashley Furniture's customer service for three weeks, but my concerns have been consistently transferred to different departments without resolution.
I am seeking a direct email address to Ashley Furniture's corporate office or owners to request a replacement for my defective sectional. Can someone provide me with this contact information?

On the 3rd of March, I called them and sent a picture of the bed, and they called three days later, to which I asked to return the bed as it would take more than 12 weeks to resolve it.
They have since insisted that they will see if this is possible, and lastly, they called me to update me that I would receive the missing piece by the end of April and that I should call them again when it arrived. I explained to them again and again that was not the resolution I wanted, that I wanted a return or a new unit altogether, but they have not listened to my concerns, neither are they giving me the help I require.
