Poor quality furniture, they spin all type of explanation to not honor their so call warranty. Poor customer relation in all phase. Buy from them at your own risk, unless you just need disposal furniture.

We had exactly the same experience. What we were told is 100% leather is not!

Several class action lawsuits were started and then discontinued and I don't really know why. However we were able to get partial reimbursement by contacting Ashley Furniture Consumer Affairs at CAgroup@ashleyfurniture.com. You will need pictures of the peeling furniture, pictures of the stickers underneath the furniture, and your sales receipt.

We're still not happy about the situation but at least they gave us something! What bothers me most is that Ashley continues to advertise this junk as being 100% genuine leather.

Terrible company. Terrible customer service. Bought a mattress. It was supposed to be new but an obsolete model. It had bed bugs. Which is disgusting. And clearly it was a used mattress. The loathsome woman I dealt with who is apparently the owner of this awful store basically said tough. Buy another mattress. I did. At the sleep on it down the road.

They overcharged me $300 in CASH to cover extended warranty which I stated 5 times that I did NOT want and they told me they had a coupon to cover it but when I received my statement I was charged an additional $300!!! So $600 for extended warranty which I had already said I did not want!!! Plus they charged shipping and delivery but they did not deliver it into my house! The drivers were incompetent and could not get it into the house without damaging the wall, which they did, and so they left it outside!!! My husband and I brought it inside with no problem

They sold my aunt substandard products. When the dining room table was delivered, damage was found within a few days of delivery. (My aunt couldn't get on the floor to look under the table at time of delivery.) In addition the salesman used strong arm tactics to sell an extended warranty of $399 on a recliner that already has a 5 year warranty is barely worth $399 new. The client requested a refund and was refused. The client has requested that the table be replaced, sent the photos of damage and gets no response.
